Who we are

Precise Pet Lab Diagnostics and Hospital Ltd. ("Precise Pet Lab", "we") runs a veterinary hospital at House 15, Road 24, Gulshan 2, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh. This policy covers the Precise Pet Lab customer mobile app and this website.

Information we collect

Account details: your name, mobile number and, if you sign in with Google, your Google email address and profile name.

Pet and care records: your pets’ names, species, breed, birth date, photos, appointments, vaccinations, prescriptions, lab results, admissions, boarding and grooming history, and loyalty points. Records created by the hospital for your pets are linked to your account when your mobile number matches.

Device information: a push-notification token so we can send reminders, and anonymous error reports that help us fix crashes.

We do not collect your location, contacts, or payment card details in the app.

How we use it

To sign you in and verify your mobile number with a one-time code sent by SMS.

To show you your pets’ records, book and manage appointments, and send reminders and updates about your pets’ care.

To keep the app secure, prevent abuse, and fix errors.

We do not sell your information and we do not show advertising.

Who can see your information

Your records are visible to you and to the hospital staff who care for your pets. Other app users cannot see them.

We use service providers to run the app: Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage and notifications) and an SMS gateway (sms.net.bd) that delivers one-time codes to your mobile number. They process data on our behalf and only for those purposes.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

Medical records are kept for as long as the hospital needs them to care for your pets and meet its record-keeping duties.

You can ask us to delete your app account and the personal data attached to it by emailing info@precisepetlab.com from your registered address or by calling +880 1800-000203. We will confirm within 30 days. Clinical records the hospital is required to keep may be retained in a form that is no longer linked to your login.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by account, and staff access is role-restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your phone and one-time codes private.

Children

The app is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
